Yes. Each home is sold freehold with its own separate title deed and defined garden boundary, with shared facilities held under a management agreement.

What is included in the shared facilities?

The communal infinity pool, pool terrace, landscaped access road, lighting and irrigation are maintained through a management company funded by a modest quarterly service charge.

Arvora Signature I follows the contour rather than flattening it. Nine homes step down the slope so that each roof becomes the next home's outlook, and every terrace holds an uninterrupted view of the bay. Native planting stitches the gardens back into the hillside.

The hillside sets the plan

Instead of one cut platform, the site is read as a series of natural steps. Homes sit on those steps, half a level apart, which keeps excavation low and privacy high.

Shade as architecture

Timber pergolas extend each living room outward. In August they hold the terrace ten degrees cooler than open ground; in December they let the low sun straight through the glass.
