What you are buying
Marina property is a serviced product. Concierge, security, maintained landscaping and, for some units, a private berth or mooring. Service charges reflect that and should be modelled before purchase, not after.
In exchange you get the only address in Limassol where you can walk from a boat to dinner to your own front door.
