When will Arvora Collection I be completed?

Construction is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027, with handovers beginning immediately after final inspection and the issue of the certificate of final approval.

Can I buy a residence at Arvora Collection I off-plan?

Yes. All nine residences are offered off-plan under a stage-payment contract lodged with the Cyprus Land Registry, which protects the buyer's interest before title transfer.

Does purchasing at Arvora Collection I qualify for Cyprus permanent residency?

Residences priced at €300,000 or above (excluding VAT) can support an application for Cyprus permanent residency by investment, subject to the applicant meeting the income and clean-record criteria in force at the time of application.

Are the residences sold furnished?

Arvora Collection I is a small building by intention. Nine homes share one lift core, one landscaped courtyard and a single, quiet street frontage. The plan puts living space on the garden side, bedrooms behind oak screens, and gives every residence a veranda deep enough to be a room of its own.

A courtyard, not a car park

Parking is tucked beneath the building so the ground plane can be given to planting. The courtyard is the address: a limestone path between olive trees, a bench in the shade, and windows that look onto green rather than tarmac.

Light managed, not maximised

South and west elevations are filtered by vertical oak screens that cut summer glare while keeping the view. In winter, lower sun passes beneath the deep soffits and warms the living spaces directly.

Materials were chosen for how they age: through-coloured render, solid oak, honed limestone, brushed brass. Nothing here relies on a coating to look right in year ten.
