Property in Zakaki, Limassol
Western Limassol — the port district reshaped by the casino resort, the mall and the long sands of Lady's Mile.
Zakaki was for decades a working district beside the port. The arrival of the integrated casino resort, the mall and the Limassol Greens development reset it, and it is now the fastest-changing part of the city.
It is also the closest residential area to Lady's Mile, the long shallow beach that runs south towards the salt lake.

A district in transition
Older Zakaki is low-rise and unpretentious. Around it, large-scale schemes have introduced hotels, leisure and golf-adjacent housing, and the infrastructure has been upgraded to match.
Buyers should be clear about which Zakaki they are buying into — the two sit close together and behave very differently on resale.

Investment profile
Rental demand is driven by port and resort employment plus the golf and leisure market. Capital growth here follows infrastructure delivery, so timing against announced phases matters more than in the settled eastern suburbs.
