Property on Gladstonos, Limassol
Limassol's central spine — colonial façades, professional offices and apartments a short walk from the old town.
Gladstonos runs from the old town up towards the hospital, and it functions as central Limassol's main street in everything but name. Law firms, clinics and long-standing family businesses occupy the older buildings; apartments sit above them.
It is the most urban address Arvora buyers consider: you trade a garden for the ability to leave the car at home.

The street itself
Gladstonos carries some of the best surviving colonial-era architecture in Limassol — tall shuttered windows, stone quoins, deep balconies. Several buildings are listed, which slows redevelopment and preserves the street's proportions.
Traffic is real during office hours and disappears at weekends.
What is within walking distance
Almost everything a resident needs, which is rare in a city built around driving.
- Saripolou square and the old town bars — 6 minutes
- Municipal market and the seafront — 10 minutes
- Limassol Castle and the medieval quarter — 12 minutes
- Schools, banks and clinics — on the street
Property character
New build here means infill: a single plot, a careful façade, and eight to twelve apartments. Because the surrounding streetscape is protected in parts, well-designed contemporary buildings hold value strongly — there is no risk of thirty identical blocks arriving next door.
We do not build in Gladstonos yet
Arvora builds in two Limassol neighbourhoods at present — Columbia and Ekali. Both are a short drive from Gladstonos, with the same build standard and the same nine-home scale.

Frequently asked
- Is Gladstonos a residential street?
- It is mixed. Ground floors are largely offices, clinics and shops, with residential apartments above and on the side streets running off it.
- Can you live in central Limassol without a car?
- On and around Gladstonos, largely yes. Shops, schools, medical services, the old town and the seafront are all walkable, though a car remains useful for supermarket runs and trips out of the city.
