A name before a building
Arvora joins two roots — the arbor of a growing tree and the aurora of first light. We chose it before the first plot, because it described the kind of company we wanted: patient, rooted, oriented toward morning.
About
Arvora was founded to build homes that respond thoughtfully to their surroundings: small schemes, contemporary and timeless architecture, materials that age well, and a team that stays on site until the last door closes properly.
We design in-house, tender construction to contractors we know, and supervise the work ourselves. Nine homes per development is not a marketing position — it is the largest number one team can hold to a consistent standard of detail.
Our reference points are Nordic: honest materials, restrained detailing, generous proportion — soft yet corporate, human but precise. Our engineering is Mediterranean: shading, thermal mass, cross-ventilation and waterproofing designed for a climate that reaches 38°C and then delivers a winter's rain in three days.
We publish internal area, covered veranda and outdoor space as separate figures. We put the specification in writing before you reserve. We lodge contracts of sale at the Land Registry promptly. None of that is remarkable — it should simply be normal.

The name
Arvora joins arbor, the tree that thickens with every season, and aurora, the light that arrives before anything else does. Four ideas follow from that: rise, ambition, life, continuity.
The arch is a beginning, drawn upward.
Our mark is an arch caught mid-rise — the moment a structure stops being a drawing and starts being a place. Every Arvora building begins with that gesture: a threshold, light coming through it, and a reason to walk in.
Held quietly, proven in the detail.
Ambition, for us, is not scale. It is the resolve to hold nine homes to the standard most schemes reserve for the show unit — the shadow gap that stays true, the terrace that drains, the door that closes the same way in year ten.
Rooms that behave well in a Cyprus year.
A home here is measured in August afternoons and February rain. We plan for shade before glass, cross-breeze before machinery, and outdoor rooms that carry the day from early coffee to a long table after sundown.
Places that grow with you.
Materials we choose age rather than date: stone, oak, lime plaster, planting that thickens each season. A first apartment can become a family house and, later, something passed on. Continuity is the whole promise, compressed.
Our story
Four chapters, in the order they happened — from a name chosen before the first plot to three collections held to a single standard.
Arvora joins two roots — the arbor of a growing tree and the aurora of first light. We chose it before the first plot, because it described the kind of company we wanted: patient, rooted, oriented toward morning.
Limassol was building quickly and finishing carelessly. We took the opposite position: small schemes, one team from concept to snagging, and a size we could genuinely supervise. Nine is not a marketing number — it is the limit of honest attention.
The architecture borrows Scandinavian discipline — quiet volumes, honest materials, generous proportion. The engineering is entirely local: thermal mass, deep reveals, waterproofing designed for a coast that reaches 38°C and then delivers a winter's rain in three days.
Collection, Signature and Estates differ in setting, scale and privacy — never in build quality. A resident of Arvora Collection I stands behind the same specification, the same supervision and the same named contact as an Estates owner.
Our island
Ten thousand years of people arriving and staying, long tables, short winters and a toast that includes everyone. Read the love letter to Cyprus and Limassol behind the way we design.
“We are not building units. We are building the address someone gives for the next twenty years.”
How we work
Nine homes per development so every residence gets a good aspect.
One team from concept to snagging, so intent survives to site.
Internal, veranda and outdoor areas published separately.
Insulation, shading and glazing specified before any gadget.
The material and system schedule forms part of the contract.
A named contact through the defect liability period.
